Name will be placed on group e-mail lists for member news. Other info, such as phone# and
street address, may be kept in our database as a courtesy. Welcome to join the group at
Monday painting sessions
2. General Member
General Membership dues: $50.00 per year.
Dues will be collected in May. Dues help to cover general expenses including: bookkeeping,
legal, and secretarial fees,web hosting fees, long distance business phone calls, postal fees,
and all office supplies necessary to manage and run the PAPJC. Items below are also funded
from member dues.

Inclusion on Website:
Each paid member may have a personal portfolio page on which he or she may have a short,
biographical paragraph, a small portrait, and four photos of his/her paintings. Artists with
individual websites will be provided with links to their personal sites from their PAPJC portfolio
pages. More information about the portfolio page will be placed on a special "Information
About Your Web Page" on this site. General members who have not paid their dues on or
before May 30, 2006 will be placed in the "Friend of the PAPJC" category. Their portfolio page
and links will be deactivated or deleted. Notices of individual member's art related activities,
workshops, awards, etc. will be posted on the web site as part of group announcements whenever
possible.
Inclusion in displays, demos, shows, paintouts, gallery events, etc. where no additional
expenses are necessary (may be subject to space limitations). (Note*** Some shows may require
a SMALL fee, which will be announced)
Priority recommendation for inclusion at future events such as Sickles' Artists Days, other "in
the spotlight" community events when the PAPJC is approached for information about available
artists. Members will be included in General Publicity when appropriate (and if the group has
some control over this PR).
Priority information about future group sponsored guest speakers, demonstrations, and
workshops.
Members wishing to participate in The Annual PAPJC Show at the Guild will pay an
additional fee of $95 for the 2006 show. This fee will include Guild rent (which has been raised
this year), cost of refreshments, show PR and general advertisements (not including any special
magazine ads), a limited number of post cards (members may buy additional ones on their own),
insurance, food/catering, servers, printing the show catalogue and other printed forms, and other
related show expenses. Wine will be donated
**Participating artists must be current Guild members in good standing**
If needed, a small portion of the general dues may go to the Guild show if necessary. More
specific information about the Guild show will be provided closer to the show date.
The PAPJC will work on at least one community outreach project every year.

You are always welcome to paint with the PAPJC.
If you wish to participate in our special activties, your dues MUST be current.
Dues are due on May 1st. Members who pay promptly will receive priority status
on upcoming events. If your dues are not paid by the END of May, your personal
web page and links will be dropped and you cannot be included in our group
shows, paintouts, or other PAPJC activities..
