Donna Ferrante has been a resident of the
Spring Lake area since childhood and still
resides there.  Her creativity was first noted
in elementary school.  Over the past 15
years, she has studied watercolors with
several area artists notably Tony Ventura.  
Recently retired after 36 years of
government service as a Management
Analyst, most free time is devoted exclusively
to watercolors.  Donna's watercolors are
exhibited in local galleries, retail
establishments and may be seen at local art
shows.
She is Vice President of the Manasquan
River Group of Artists, a member of the
Ocean County Artist's Guild in Island Heights,
the Guild of Creative Arts in Shrewsbury, and
the Belmar Council of the Arts.
"Being a member of the Plein Air Painters of the Jersey Coast has given me the freedom to
paint outdoors, meet those challenges and gain a new appreciation for the Jersey Shore."
